I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to transportation. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome during my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, featuring clean and spacious rooms with delicious food options. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the spacious and secure casino.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The New Year celebration at the hotel was quite fun with the music and fireworks. the food was good and we got to try some local cuisine. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. We also liked that the hotel had a casino and it felt safe to play there.
The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested. We had to wait a long time for check-in and check-out.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local sights. the rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, and the breakfast provided is absolutely delicious. the hotel has fantastic facilities - including an impressive casino - and the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the bathroom is spotless and comes fully stocked with toiletries.
There were some noise disturbances during the night that could cause trouble for light sleepers.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location was ideal as it was in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. The food was so delicious and there was an array of options. The rooms were big and immaculately clean, making me feel right at home.
I can't really think of anything that I disliked or found to be a downside. my experience was great and I enjoyed all that the hotel had to offer.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a VIP. the Spa & wellness centre and Sauna facilities were top-notch and luxurious. the room was spacious and clean with exclusive amenities that provided the ultimate comfort. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area had a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. the hotel's central location is a great advantage for those who want to enjoy the city's attractions.
The only minor issue was that the private facilities were a bit small compared to other luxury hotels.
